Noble savage is super cigar friendly.

Vintage is nice as well. I lean towards noble though bc of food and nightly music.

The Round Bar has dozens of beers on tap. Not sure how cigar friendly, but folks were smoking the hell out of cigarettes the times I've been there, I pretty much had to burn my clothes when I got home.
