Burgers were good, not great, and overpriced. They did have a great happy hour burger/beer deal I would hit up occasionally. Should have been packed all time with that location but wasn't.

That's interesting, I hadn't heard that about Essig. She was a part of Cavan opening (and people refer to Cavan as being in the GD, I disagree). She's super talented but she's not lasted anywhere. Ste. Marie, Meauxbar, and Cavan. Though I don't think she was an owner in any of those and that may be important to her to call the shots. I can respect if she wants to bet on herself. I hope she gets the opportunity.
