Miss Mae's is a shitshow on a nightly basis. Good place for cheap arse drinks though.

I would look on Freret. Wayfair, Ancora, Hi Hat, etc.
Tchoup 45 is a coke bar and Ms. Mae's is just a dive bar with cheap drinks. Neither really sound like what you're looking for.
