My humble take: Capital is a bit better. I think the Kona- and Porcini-rubbed steaks at Capital are some of the best I've had. The fact that you've never been makes me recommend it more.

i was kidding about Shulas but honestly id go to a non chain but thats just me
chris and capital are both good but not top notch IMO . the thing i dont like about Chris is they smother their steaks in about half a stick of butter and you dont need that.
