call up a food distributor. Look for natural cut fries. probably come in a 30lb box. 1/4" and then figure out who does their spice blend. If I had to guess, its that dry spice blending company out of Lafayette that I'm drawing a blank on. Fry the fries according to the package and add the spice blend. Don't add it over the fry basket, itll ruin the oil overtime and your manager will be pissed.
