Yes I froze 3 pieces kept one out for leftovers tonight. I usually put the frozen piece in the fridge over night to thaw and reheat in water bath. It does not drop off in flavor or texture, especially if I go through them in about 2 months. I make tacos, sandwiches, BBQ Baked Potatoes, and just eat it straight up.
