Obviously I'm not in BR, but in MO this week I picked up a prime brisket (full packer cut, so maybe not what you're looking for) for $2.18/lb at Sam's Club. If I had a bigger freezer I would have bought them all. Cheapest I've seen for Prime brisket in a really long time. If you've got a membership don't hesitate to go.
