quisp and quake ...cartoon characters on saturday mornings when i was a kid...created cereals using them....never heard of frosted flakes w/bananans though

Grape Nuts were hard to endure... Grape-Nuts Flakes were one of my favorites, though.

I'm an oatmeal guy but if I eat cereal with milk it's Grape Nuts. You just add the milk 1 minute before eating.
The wife eats Special K without milk (with her fingers).

I counted six that are in my pantry along with a couple others not mentioned Alpha Bits and Low Fat Granola which I can only find at Wal Mart.
