As far as HH cheese there's a place in Cottonport called T-Jim's that makes Jerry Lee's taste like dog shite.

Ronnie's and Chris'

Chris' Specialty Meats? If yes, the one time I bought boudin from them, it was not good at all. I had some pre-packaged Richard's boudin that tasted much better than Chris'

On an aside, Chimes East will sometimes have a boudin meatloaf as their lunch special and it is very tasty.

I'm surprised to see some people knocking Jerry Lee's.

it's one of the oddities of the F&D board. Jerry Lee's is no good at anything no matter who asks.

Oh well, I like it

I'm not a fan of Jerry Lee's at all; too much liver and not much spice.

I don't think people are knocking it, just compared to the other options it's not as good.

Boudin on the grill is the only way to go IMO.

Jerry Lee's is great. Ronnies is also pretty good, but the place is pretty nasty.
