Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, a build-your-own pizza chain, will open its first New Orleans location in January in The Paramount at South Market District, 611 O’Keefe Ave.

Is Domenica 11 inches as well?

$8 for a pizza with whatever toppings you want seems like a solid deal even if it's only slightly decent.

the toppings, sauce, and crust are better than domenica too

by a fair margin

Hmmm. I have a hard time believing a chain has superior ingredients than the best Italian restaurant in NOLA

If you think Blaze oizza is one of the best in Chicago, then i'm not sure I trust your taste buds in the pizza category. That being said, this place will probably do alright in nola, but it looks like an upgrade over cicis

5 years in chicago
Numerous trips to just about every pizza joint in town
And besides pequods I'll put blaze up with any of them

What are your credentials for judging chicago pizzas?
Btw hard to enter either one in chicago without a wait
Few pizza places outside the tourist zone have such waits
Chicagoans live blaze

It is Chicago style pizza, so even the best is still pretty far down the list of good pizza.

Still not open, I passed it last week. No way is a chain pizza joint gonna surpass Ancora or Pizza Delicious (two excellent examples of very different styles).

So it isn't even a "Chicago Style" pizza?
