It is....
I will go in as an anonymous customer and give my unbiased opinion. No desire to meet an owner, no desire to hang out with leaona, etc... I haven't bashed the place but I am curious since we have two contrasting opinions.

Leona, give it a rest. You're certainly entitled to voice your opinion, just like everyone else on TD, but you are currently on the road to nowhere. You won't win this argument and a new restaurant may lose some business over it.

not everyone is going to like everything you do, as I said the bar was great and the food was not

Anonymous is great. I don't treat any customer, any different than the next. Customer service and an experience is what I provide to all my customers. Trust me when I say that your presence or lack there of at my restaurant will not effect my business one way or another. If you know anything about the restaurant business, as you portray yourselves to, I will have more than one or two unhappy guest from time to time. It's the nature of the beast. If you'd like to me a man and introduce yourself to me after dinner then do so, otherwise move on to any other place you find more suitable. Commenting on a restaurant that you've never been to is a little foretelling, wouldnt you say? Enjoy guys, I have a restaurant that I built from the ground up to tend to.

I'd at least give it a try if I was there because of the beer selection and make a decision for myself.

Can you show me where I commented on the resturant itself? I mean this whole "man up" comment is kinda lame really, you have 2 comments from users who complained a bit (but never bashed and was constructive.) No one else has been and then you have Leona who came in here attacking those two so people went after her/he. It seems to me that is what you are directing the "man up" comments about, especially since I've stated since page 1 I would be trying the establishment at least once.

If I was the restaurant owner, I would be horribly ashamed at what you are doing. If you were an employee, I'd fire you immediately for tarnishing our reputation that hasn't even been built yet on social media/TD.
You clearly don't come onto this website, but nothing good has ever come from an owner/manager/etc. signing up to fight with customers. In fact, all they did was ruin the majority's opinion about them. This happens on Yelp a lot as well. Y'all claim to know so much about the restaurant industry, but if you did, you would know that social media/review websites can be a restaurant-killer. Don't think for one second that people won't spread the word if you're in here acting like a jerk. Your business will not survive on friends and family only, so get your shite together.. edit your posts.. and leave this website before you hurt business even more.

Nobody believes this shite. It's completely illogical. You don't make an account to go to bat for a new business that you have no stake in -- you might not be an employee or owner, but you're almost certainly connected to the establishment in some way.
