The Chimes IMO.

Rationale: Only one flavor, but they are huge and always cooked perfect. Great house sauce and they make up for the lack of sauces with their corn o' copia of beer. Not to mention their Bleu Cheese is as thick as cottage cheese and taste homemade.

Going to eat them after my final today!

What say you?

I prefer Pluckers. The medium sauce is just right and the bleu cheese is the best I've ever tasted. Well, second best, after the Anchor Bar in Buffalo but that beats any other wing joint in the world.

Pluckers are my favorite for most....variety that is.....

for classic buffalo wings - chimes, sammys, ivars are all good. im not real crazy about the "wing joints" - but will eat the heart attacks at hooters on occasion

hm, never tried them at the chimes.

But, i think a variety of flavors is greatly overrated in wings. rather than focusing on 30 different sauces, focus on ingredient quality, frying technique, a great buffalo sauce, and some homemade blue cheese and ranch.

25 cent wings was a pain in the arse. We never counted them damn things either. You'd usually get more than you ordered.

i agree with this; since i've started making them at home more, i've begun to appreciate simple, straightforward wings w/ a solid buffalo sauce.

rotolo's, when they did them run through twice, with wing sauce baked onto them.

I'd love it when people would request to have them run through with crab boil on top. I can only imagine their pain the next day.

I'm not a huge fan of traditional buffalo wing sauce. So I like more of a variety. I like Pluckers.

Jamaican jerk, gold rush, and dr. pepper FTW
