Next time you decide to drink a beer, don't. Then use beef

I buy the Jeanie-O 93/7 ground turkey. I normally get the 1.25 lb size. I mix in a half a packet of onion soup mix. Add a little tony's, cayenne, garlic powder, shredded colby jack cheese and a little pickapeppa sauce. shite is the bomb. I originally started buying turkey bc I wanted to be healthier, but have grown to like the taste of it better than beef burgers. Healthy or not, it tastes damn good

I've added roasted red pepper, Greek seasoning and feta cheese to my turkey burgers
Also added chili powder and smoked chipotle Tabasco
Both seem to stay together better cooked in a cast iron skillet rather than directly on the grill. I may try using an egg to see if that will hold it together a little better

Dry Ranch mix in the meat. Top with buffalo sauce of choice after cooking.

I see the beef nazis have infiltrated your thread with not so funny barbs in a vain attempt at drawing attention to themselves while disparaging your desire to consume fowl instead of red meat. Ah well, you can't avoid them I guess. (for the record, I love beef)

As for turkey burger, I use 1 egg per pound of meat, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. I use one of two different seasonings on top of this. When the wife isn't eating, I use 1 packet of ranch dressing powder. Since she's MSG sensitive, I throw this out and use cumin, chili powder and smoked paprika. Both are great, just depending what taste you'd rather have
