My neighbor gave me 3 big wahoo filets that he caught yesterday. Can't say that I've ever cooked or eaten wahoo. I'm sure I can sear it off on the stove and throw it in the oven or grill it like I do most fish I cook. I thought I might ask if anyone has a good recipe for wahoo. TIA

Last few times I've had it we grilled them. We used minimal seasoning because the fish is great on it's own.

On of the top 3 fish for me, has a great texture , and firm almost sweet taste

I always grill on a super hot fire with minimal seasoning, can top with a little lemon butter if you want but really no need

JUST DO NOT OVERCOOK

Blacken it on cast iron and make fish tacos. Wahoo is by far my favorite fish to eat
