1. Ruth's Chris (with the baked blue cheese crust - an impeccable mound of lightly crisped topping).*
2. Sullivan's (with caramelized onions AND blue cheese sauce - go nuts and get two toppings).*

Juban's = No, not for steak

*I know truly good steaks require no enhancements/accompaniments.

And I'm sure you suck on it until it is well done.

Since you enjoy something different but know proper protocol you can stay. Welcome.

I have eaten just about every steak in this town......

Ribeye:
Little Village's Ribeye Special
Tsunami's Sumo Ribeye

Filet:
Ruffino's
French Market Bistro

I have eaten both at Ruth's, Flemings, and Sullivans......they are all pretty comparable, and not as consistant as they should be.....

Heard the Grillroom opened this week...I am going this week and will report back....unless its not worth talking about.

I've only had the filet at Flemings...exceptional. The ribeye at Capital City Grill is very good. And believe it or not, Sammy's has a very good ribeye (albeit the last time I went there, they overcooked it. probably because I went there right before they were closing).
