Don’t go to Fat Pat’s.

The Cuban from Tchoup’s MidCity
Anything from Johnson’s Boucaniere

Unfortunately, being on a Sunday, your options are limited on what is open.

This is a good answer anytime it is open. Their boudin is in my top 5. Their sandwiches are very good but not life changing. I just like supporting a local business that makes good boudin.
