What type of atmosphere are you looking for? Are you solo? Romantic? Casual? Upscale?

If you're into steakhouses:

Superior
2Johns

I'll also add to Salmon's list:
L'Italiano
Indigo Indian Bistro
Anvil

Chianti's and Giuseppe's get my vote.

I'm going to early dinner up there tonight, with my ex, before our son's soccer playoff game. So, casual, moderately priced to cheap, and something that will hit the spot after a few Commotions at Great Raft.

Obviously, romantic is not on the list.

C'mon R2R. Superior Grill on a Thursday night with decent weather? You're better than that. He isn't looking to pick up a cougar...

I have a very soft spot in heart for the Shreveport Superior. And honestly there's not a whole lot of casual options to take an ex-wife, IMO. Where you gonna send him? Shane's? Real Pickle?

yeah, for the price point, I haven't been that impressed with Franks

and I really, really want to like it, but it has just been too hit or miss for me, and the hits weren't that great

I've never eaten there. Just can't think of many places that fit the mold for 4miles' specific request.
