Now that is a multi jet there....is that what you use?

I have used a 80qt and a un modded el cheepo jet burner but I would t mind it it boiled faster.

Side question since we are talking about boiling. I'm building an outdoor kitchen and they have a 60k btu power burner. I'm wondering if I should include one or not. Thinking of the uses for it...could fry in one pot or do large pots of gumbo and whatnot. What about boiling...is that enough heat to really boil with? Maybe smaller than the standard boil pot for crabs, shrimp and veggies? Bust out the big pot for crawfish? Just wondering if it's worth the real estate...

I use those in my commercial set up, really an overkill for home use

I'd stick with a burner made for frying/gumbo
