Best BR spot for a late liquid lunch/early HH for business?

Where is a good spot in Baton Rouge for a early-mid-late afternoon business meeting over drinks?
Boss is coming in to entertain some clients. Not price sensitive, so nothing too casual. Good whiskey selection is a must. Small plates/appetizers a plus.
Only thing off limits is Penthouse.

Not a bad idea. Couldn't find their hours on the website but Yelp says 11-2.

Olive or Twist. They open at 11 and do happy hour from 4-7. Great Bourbon selection and very good food.

Chimes would be open, but might be a little loud for a business meeting. Might not early in the afternoon.

If downtown the River Room is kinda cool. No food through.
