Not yet. They have cookoffs once or twice a month here that i need to check out. Cracklin cookoff later this month. Etouffee cookoff in april (which im contemplating entering in)

I was up in St. Louis and ordered some "Cajun Gumbo" from a seafood restaurant. Yea, it was pretty much soup.

Peto's at the welsh/roanoke exit has some jalapeno and cheese boudin balls that are good, I'll drive there just for the duck quesadillas though
