Where in BR can I find the plate rib? Not the short rob but the 4 bone plate?

I would imagine any place that sells the individual small short ribs would be able to just give you the plate. Ive gotten a few at Albertsons just asking for the whole plate.

Tramonte's on Jefferson might be able to hook you up if you need them right now.
If you need them in a couple of days, go to any real grocery store with a butcher and ask the butcher to order what you want.

Short ribs are ribs from the short plate. Its that or the back ribs where the meat is between the bone. Sometimes the short ribs are referred to as chuck ribs for the bones closest to the chuck.

Every Albertsons butcher I've asked had them in the back.
