Guys, my fiancee is having her bachelorette party and they're staying on Bourbon and would like to eat somewhere for dinner within walking distance. They're not looking for 5 star, 80 bucks a plate but somewhere they can have a good time and good eats. Any ideas?

TIA.

After they've worked up an appetite doing whore things...Napoleon House at Chartres and St. Louis.

Muriels at Jackson Square or Cafe Giovoni would probably work. Both of them offer three of four course specials at different times. Not sure if that is a weeknight deal or early bird deal, but even if not a special deal time, the prices aren't too bad at either place.

To be honest, there will be a couple of hot ones, but they're married.

But thanks for the recommendations. Looks like they'll do the Napoleon House.

I'll be figuring out where to chow down in Destin, living it up for the last time.

I really think chef Duke would make a big deal about having a bachelorette party in his place and would make it fun for them.

Forgive my ignorance, but where's his joint?

The name of the place is Cafe Giovoni and it is on Decature.
My spelling might be slightly off.

You should chow down at the local Y, a tasty slice of local hair pie...

From what I have heard, they would be very popular if they walked in there.

They'd be extremely popular. I just checked into it with one of my buddies who still lives down there and he confirmed what I thought it might be.
