Nah. I agree with you. I don't hate Masons. I think their wings and the breakfast burger are both really good.
But the place is pretty gross, you're right. My SO has hated most of the breakfast items.

At franks I always get the country fried steak biscuits and coffee. Amazing, but there better be a bathroom on your way to work.
