Are crawfish still ok after sitting out 5-6 hours...

IMO, you'll be fine ... just store in gallon ziplok bags and refridgerate

or peel tails and save for future etoufee', omelette, etc...

No way they are good after that amount of time. They are potentially fatal if eaten.

Tell me where you're located and I'll come get them and dispose of them for you.

I was going to eat them. I've never heard of food poisoning from spicy crawfish and I'm sure in the past I've done it. But, just checking in case one of the hundreds, if not thousands who skim this board may have had a different experience. If you have access to that knowledge, why not ask?

First, riddle me this... How many boils have you been to that DIDN'T last at least 5-6 hours after boiling? And did you see those leftovers get thrown to the street?
