Remember long ago when oranges were thrown onto the football field on the last game of a particular season?
I'm thinking of apples being thrown at LSU's last game against Texas A&M. ??

Usually when oranges are throw onto the field, it means the team is guaranteed a bid to the Orange Bowl. If there is a tradition of fans randomly throwing oranges onto the field, I guess I’m just ignorant of it.
