that is a wet age brother. I imagine you'd have to stand back when you opened that package. Beef wet aged 45 days got a lil funkiness going on.

My bad.

And it doesn't smell bad at all. I thought she was full of shite and that she was wasting money on a whole filet, just to stick it in the back of the fridge and let it go bad. I was wrong. It's by far the best steaks that I've ever eaten.
