Did a low country boil last night and it got me thinking of this idea . Was thinking to maybe pulse sausage, crawfish/shrimp, 0nion , garlic, corn and potatoes form into balls and deep fry. Thoughts?

I've made some jam-up hash browns for breakfast the morning follow a boil

Gonna need a little egg and/or some bread crumb and/or flour to bind.

I like where your head's at with all this, though.
