It's like Living Social or Groupon. You pay up front for a dining gift certificate worth more than what you paid. I've used both Groupon and Living Social with no issues but this is my first purchase with STD. The vouchers arrive by US mail, "usually within 5-7 business days". Being my first purchase with them and with it getting past the 7 days I thought I'd call the customer service number. I reached their headquarters in Texas and he gave me the local Lafayette number to call. I spoke with someone a week ago who remembered my name and said that she noticed that they had gone out and that I should just give the mail a couple of days. 5 mailing days have since passed. The only thing I've received are emails to purchase other offers. If I ever see them, the vouchers expire 12 weeks after the purchase date, and it's now already been over 2 weeks. I'm not happy.

I'm just wondering how legit this site is and if anyone has had any experience.
