Try calling Chris' Specialty Meats. Not sure if they always have hot, ready-to-eat boudin, if that's what you mean by "fresh", but they should have some cold/frozen.

their boudin worth a shite? I'd prefer fresh, but if its good boudin i'll take it frozen. If it's meh, then i'll just buy savoies or richards.

Rumor is they use ronnies boudin, not sure if it is true, but pretty sure they are closed on Sunday's too

if they use Ronnie's i'm cool with that... don't mind Ronnie's at all. there is better, but there is also much worse.

I've had it before and would certainly say it better than those two.
And they are open today according to their website.

Tony's is open, although I'm not a big fan of their boudin. Some people love it, though
