The answer to your question is no. There is not a single great pizzeria in Biloxi. If you are asking to know the best pizza in Biloxi, the answer is The Sicilian II. It's in the solid 6/10 range. They use a Lang deck gas oven, which makes a decent pie.

Gulfport, but close enough, Tonys Brick Oven Pizza is pretty good. Connected to a wine bar that usually has live music as well

Seconded for Brooklyn’s in Gulfport or BSL.
CC Sarducci in Gulfport is pretty good.
Tom’s Extreme in OS is pretty good as well.

I always like ordering a large at the Godfather’s pizza in the Love’s gas station. It’s not an ideal pizza place, but it reminds me of my childhood.
It’s not going to be what you’re looking for I’m sure, but I like it.

No recommendations for great pizza in Biloxi but if you want pretty goon wood fired pizza in a fun atmosphere, just go to Stalla in the Beau Rivage.

By the way. The Brooklyn Pizza in Gulfport, is that the same one that used to be on Vets in Metairie? That was my favorite take out pizza before they lost their lease.
