Anybody have a good recipe for turkey injection that doesn't involve butter?

Emeril has a good one. Has honey, apple cider, crab boil and beer

I saw that Emeril recipe online but I'm a little unsure about that crab boil in the injection.

Use it. It's not overpowering. I thought the same thing. I'm using it on s smoked turkey this year. Also, I think that injection recipe is for 2 turkeys.

I have a brine recipe that includes crab boil and it's awesome.
