Decided to boil a sack Sunday but I am striking out all over town. My usual spots not taking any more orders, telling me to call Sunday morning in case they have some no shows.

Anyone have a lead on who might still be taking orders? Metro area.

I've called Fishermans Cove, Kenner....Dennis', Metairie, Irenes, Boutte, Rouses in Kenner and yes even Walmart.

All not taking orders except Rouse who says it will be first come first serve, limited supply

I've had crawfish twice in the last 3 weeks from their new Youngsville store. Both times were really small, especially for this time of the year.

I bought from Rouse early in the season on another last minute deal. Paid through the nose but they were nice.

Well if you're willing to drive, call Castnet in the New Orleans East... they typically take orders. Last I checked it was 2.39 lb. Drive a little further to Chalmette and B&J's have it for 1.99 lb... they'll also take orders.

Seafood Pot negative

Village Inn negative

Seems like yesterday was the day to get order in.

Looks like I may be taking my chances Sunday AM.

Dennis' in Metairie told me to check with them noon Saturday, they MIGHT be able to take an order.
