I think that is more of a Sante Fe Cattle Co victim. Place was 2 notches below chili's.

That part of town is declining, and it's declining rapidly. Not the same Coursey Sherwood corridor from the 90's.

The chimes should have built either on seigen or on highland near the interstate

Why? They're doing gangbusters on Coursey. Traffic on Siegen sucks enough already.

So every bad restaurant is a victim of Chimes East? You can't serve slop and stay open no matter where you are. Willie's is thriving,Fernando's is doing well, even through the quality has dropped. Londoner, for some reason, is busy.

Taco Boudreaux's was terrible, Uncle's O's just looked like no one cared.

They are not a victim of Chimes East. They were suckered in by seeing the success of Chimes East. That area isn't nearly as favorable to restaurants as Chimes East makes it appear.

I went once because they sent me a coupon and the food and service were both absolute garbage.

The only halfway decent thing about Santa Fe is The I drink specials in the bar area. The food is horrible. The area is better off with it shut down.

The Coursey Corridor had TONS of small and medium-sized financial services companies based in the vicinity. When the financial sector went south in 2008, those businesses shed employees or went under.

Those biz and employees made good money and spent good money. Just the way of the world.
