Ha, I appreciate that man. Look I've always had a spot in my heart for both teams. But the thing is, they both play on a different Level. I want to see the State of Louisiana have two big schools like all these other gulf coast states. So I rep both. How is it, Mississippi has the Egg Bowl, and we don't have no Bayou Bowl??... If more people like me rise up, maybe we can stop a lot of good players from ending up at Alabama. lol

I've been wanting to try the corn and crawfish bisque one. It actually looks really solid.

Fa Sho. Shake off all these petty fool haters bro.

I love watching the vids. Guy clearly enjoys what he's doing.

Smoke some burgers and break them up in your beans.

The chili was really good. Next time I will make it a little hotter. The sticky chicken was good but I tried to cut the recipe down and probably added too much chicken stock so the gravy was diluted.

I’m a fan. Probably my favorite follow on Facebook. I disagree with the guy who said he’d get more followers if he’d drop the “clown show”. I call BS on that because I can’t name one Facebook chef on Facebook besides Cajun Ninja, and I click on his page and I see that I have 75 friends who also follow his page. His Schtick works well and obviously his recipes get great reviews.

I think it's kinda cheesy but also a bit funny since I no longer live in LA

Most of the videos are well done and informative and probably of good practical use to people who don't know how to cook these dishes

I’m just playing with you. I have a UL shirt from when I lived in Lafayette. Anybody using Horace Trahan as background music is alright. Obviously you don’t like golf or swimming.

I think some of it is terrible. Dumping cans of soup into things isn't really my idea of cooking since I'm not 75 years old.

That being said I'm sure it tastes fine and is very practical for most home cooks.

I like the Crawfish and corn soup video but I cringe at the idea of dumping came of soup and broth into something if I have my own stuff available. But when you don't have time to plan ahead you don't really have an option. Most people don't keep homemade stocks around.

I've had some things with "cream of" soup in it and I'd have never known it was there by tasting it. Just depends on what the dish is.

It just seems like an old people thing to do. In a blind test I probably couldn't tell you either.

It is in some things, but that's probably a matter of opinion, so it's mine.

Canned creamed soups do have a place, though.

I watched his meat pie video and since I've made meat pies a number of times, using a can of soup in it seemed odd to me, but probably not to some other folks.
