Antoine's has plenty of private rooms, and if they are from out of town they can do a tour of the restaurant for them.

I would highly recommend Arnaud's. I recently hosted a similar sized event and their staff was superb at setting things up, the food was excellent and they even put a private bar with bartender in the room for us.

Tableau. Several rooms for that size. Food is excellent.

I have my rehearsal dinner at the private room at Mr. Bs in a couple days. Will report back. But that's higher seating than 10-12. Closer to 40.

The room is nice, the location is excellent, but I find the food underwhelming and the service is absolutely terrible. That's one place I will never step foot in after my last experience.
