USACE is a Bunch Incompetents

They tried to blow 11,000 feet of primary fuse plug of the Birds Point - New Madrid Floodway, but only managed to breach 9,000. They left explosive slurry in the levee.
Then they enlarged an outlet and the second fuse plug at New Madrid.
Then they had to wait two days before breaching a third outlet because they had used too much slurry for the first two detonations and didn't have any left. Once they did water flowed into the BPNM Floodway not out.
NONE of the detonations went as planned. For the most part they blew off tops of levees but did not breach them.
The United States Army Corps of Engineers makes F Troop look like SEAL Team Six. USACE is a bunch of useless idiots.

The problem is that the guys that blew the levees in New Orleans after Katrina are in hiding/ retirement, so they had to get inexperienced sabotages to do the work...

I'll tell you something, Bro. If someone told me to blow up a levee then I am damn sure smart enough to do it properly. Obviously no one in the USACE can make the same claim.

I heard the USACE are a bunch of devil worshipers and they eat baby brains. Someone else told me Bin Laden and Hitler was in the USACE, I don't think it's true, though.
