Make my Thomas Jefferson profile pic much better

I have very poor photoshop skills as you can tell from my profile pic. If anyone could make a better version of Thomas Jefferson with an Alabama hat on I would really appreciate it. This has been my awful profile pic for at least 6 or 7 years.
