Yahoo baseball help (Error #641)

Not sure what happened but when I'm invited to join our Yahoo league (which I won last year) I get the following message:
You were invited to own the team previously named ..........., but someone else has already taken ownership of that team. (Error #641)
The guy who set us up isn't sure what to do and Yahoo is no help. Have any of you guys had this problem and what did you do to fix it? Thanks

Make sure he isn't forwarding the invite.
Have the league manager send you a fresh invite to your email

Sounds like your commish made an error on the invites and associated the wrong manager with the wrong teams. New invites should work.
