Who's the starting RB in Car?

Reading about Fozzy Whitaker and Cameron Artis-Payne. On Whitaker's profile it says the AP reported that he would be the starting RB in week 3. Then I read the article on ESPN about free-agent finds and it indicates CAP is going to get most the carries even though he wasn't active last week. So which is it?
Also how long is Stewart out?
Need a replacement for Woodhead.

It's not like other good choices on the waiver wire...whoever is starting in that offense is more valuable than anybody else I can get

The reason he was a healthy scratch is he doesn't play special teams. Him and Stewart are very similar that's y he has been a healthy scratch.

Artis Payne doesn't play special teams, which is why he doesn't dress unless needed
I wouldn't touch that backfield anyway. Stewart really isn't worth much, why would these scrubs be?

Depends on how desperate you are for RBs. I'm biting because injuries went to work on my team, not because I really want to.

They're worth more than Woodhead at this point.
Need a RB and there's zero good options out there.
