Who should I go with at 7?

I'm in a 12 team PPR league, and I got the 7th pick. Bell, Johnson, Brown, Beckham, Julio, and McCoy are likely getting picked so I'm deciding between Mike Evans, Jordy Nelson, and AJ Green. I'm likely gonna choose between Jordy and Evans though. Which one would you go with?

Evans first then Green. Always skeptical of green too early but Evans will be a machine yet again with more help on offense his year.
