Who do you pick a lot vs never pick?

Mock draft season and even a couple real drafts are upon us. Who are the players you end up with a lot and who do you never pick? Essentially who do you perceive as much different value than their ADP?
Pick a lot
DT88- Everybody is way too concerned about the QB situation in Denver. Manning was terrible last year and he was fine. He also had a great season with Tebow...
Aaron Rodgers- I am usually a QB late guy, and it seems a lot of people are going that way this year, but if Aaron Rodgers is sitting there in the 4th round I am grabbing him unless there is another WR/RB that slipped really far that I like.
TY Hilton- Have people forgotten how much of a monster he was with Luck healthy 2 seasons ago? I haven't because the dude won me a couple championships.
Arian Foster- Pure upside pick and AJayi is easy to nab as a solid handcuff later in the draft.
Never on my team
Lamar Miler- I was really high on him last year and it paid off well. This year his late 1st, early 2nd price tag just isn't appealing to me. Also no clue how his landing spot in Houston will actually play out.
Sammy Watkins- Just seems to me he is going way too high for a guy that has proven almost nothing at this point.
Doug Martin- See Lamar Miller. Drafted the hell out of him last year, but his new price tag just doesn't seem great. Taking a WR over him in his draft range every time.

Guys I wont own this year @ their ADP
Deandre Hopkins
Jordy
Doug Martin
Russ Wilson
Jammal Charles
Jordan Reed
Doug Baldwin
Wont touch them in snake drafts. Not that they cant be good, because obviously they were all good at somepoint, but all carry too much uncertainty for an early pick for me

Good call on Jamaal and Jordy. Age and injury concerns too much for me at their current ADPs, especially JC because there are two very good backs right behind him.

If I had made a longer list a lot of those guys would have been on it. I do disagree on McCoy though. He has been slipping to the point I don't mind grabbing him.

For some reason I can't buy into Keenan Allen. Or Alshon.

Those two are on my do not draft list.
I always end up with AJ Green at least for part of a season.

I'm still alright in the regulars league. I think. I'm comfortable flexing Crabtree, or Marvin jones, or Powell.

He was on a career year until a internal injury happened to him. It's VERY unlikely that same injury will happen again. He's going to be a steal in auction drafts.

Easily a top 8 WR if he plays a full 16 games this year.

Not understanding the Jamaal thing. ADP is around 20, I've seen him ranked as high as 6th. His handcuff is cheap as dirt in a RB-centric offense. Splain.

Would LOVE Alshon. The numbers that dude put up in the games he played were insane. Even in the preseason game against the Patriots, it seemed Cutler just kept looking his way over and over. Even if they suck, they get the NFC East and AFC South on rotation plus the inter-division shootouts with GB and DET.

Frank Gore is on the pick a lot list. I don't do a "never pick" list. They're just moved up and down in the rankings. Players have value at some points and not at others. Can't take anyone completely off the board.

He's had 2 ACLs and is nearing 30. Just don't want to touch him when I can take someone else in the top 20. I'm not denying his upside.
You're not guaranteed his handcuff(s), because people like me will be targeting them
