Someone's bought in to the Forte will suck this year narrative without doing research of his own.
I was all in on Forte last year because he was a guaranteed 20 ppg PPR even if he ran shitty. He just looked worn down to me in the second half.
Forte's yards per carry in late 2014:
Week 13 - 1.2
Week 14 - 2
Week 15 - 4.88
Week 16 - 2.89
Week 17 - 3
It is important to note he faced Detroit in weeks 13 and 16, but he just looked lousy. The amazing thing is that he averaged 16.92 ppg PPR in that five game stretch.
Forte will not be bad, but I think he will be a low end RB1. I would rather go for Jeremy Hill.

Forte is turning 30.
Bears are a shite show with a new OC who doesn't like to throw passes to the RB.
No way in hell he gets 600 receiving yards this year. 1000 rushing yards is believable thoug
If you're so confident go for it:

McCoy
Ellington
Hyde
Randle
Ameer (strictly due to his cost now. A 3rd/4th for him is absurd IMO. When he was going in the 6th/7th a month ago or so, that was great value. He was a high-upside RB3/4 at that point. Now to get him you basically have to draft him as your RB2. I still think he has a good opportunity to play well, don't get me wrong. I just think its highly likely, with how that RB situation could pan out, that a lot of people are going to be disappointed because of the capital they had to spend on him.)
I'm avoiding all of these guys at their current cost.
I also find myself staying away from CJ Anderson. I'd rather have a tier-1 WR for the same cost.

I picked him in the 5th round of my 12 team standard scoring. For the price I call it an OK risk.

well, Cutler could very well check down too. I mean some of their WR's are already banged up.
but I also wasn't interested in drafting Forte this year either. I may try him on FanDuel though sometimes.
just depends on if the price tags just flat out stink for RB's on some weeks.
