PPR Flex should I start Hankerson or Demarco?

I have a sit/start/drop question.
Lots of players on a bye in my team, Pierre Garcon is available on waivers.
Standard scoring
Would you start Garcon over Duke Johnson? And in order to pick up Garcon I will need to drop, probably, Lamar Miller. I can try to pick Miller back up when Cam comes off his bye week dropping Bortles.

Gonna get some wrong. Don't feel like going back to see all his he got wrong which I know he did. My weekly write up has been pretty good across the board. I dodged Jax and Freeman. It happens. I'm also cashing in over 50% of my 28 entries.
