Gruden loves using multiple RB in different roles dating back to his Cinci days

Thompson should maintain RB2/flex appeal in PPR. He's one of the better pass catching guys

Why does Thompson have that "3rd down back" stigma? Seems like once you get that label in the NFL it's hard to shake it off.
Obviously he's "small" but he appears to be their best back. He should get low double digit carries
