It's honestly awesome. Everyone in the league can start anyone twice. 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1D, 1 kicker every week. No more bitching about collusion, bad trades, waivers. Allows for as many people as you can get to join, so the pot is bigger. Actually a lot of strategy involved. It's not just who has a good draft.

Get him in the open field on a screen, draw, etc. Play calling has been awful so far.
JC has been so underutilized in the pass game this year it's absurd. He caught 70 balls last year.
