Waiver Wire Stupidity?

I need a big shakeup down the stretch. Looking at these moves (standard scoring):
Add Charles Clay/Drop Golden Tate (TE is Graham and other WR are E. Sanders, Tavon Austin, Dez, Trav. Benjamin and Stevie Johnson) - Crocket Gilmore is also available
Add Romo and drop Stevie Johnson (QB are Stafford and Tyrod Taylor)
On a scale of 1-10, how dumb are these moves?

I would add Charles Clay and drop Stafford. Doesn't seem like you can afford to drop any WR right now with Dez out and Stevie going down. Adding Romo seems silly to me but if you really want to then go for it. I don't seem him being your savior towards the latter part of the year. Tyrod is a legit QB1 right now.

That's what I was hoping for but am somewhat skeptical myself. Tyrod looks the part but I don't 100% trust him yet. Will probably start him pretty regularly over Stafford, so it does make some sense to drop Stafford as opposed to Tate. Tate has been pretty worthless as well, though.

Just roll with Tyrod until his BYE. Definitely pick up Clay. I'd keep Golden.
