This shouldn't be too hard a 3-way to happen, plus they're fun. Tom and I had a 3-way earlier this year, right Tom.
Anyway:
Nyjer, you have a revolving door at 2B and are dead last in runs scored. Brian Dozier has pop and speed, hits at the top of an order and is top-7 in the AL in runs scored.
McCringlenerry, you have too much pitching and no power bats. I can semi help your catching situation with Norris (or Gomes depending on return), but Nyjer has the power hitters.
I suck at pitching.

I think the problem is I don't value Dozier as much as you do. That's why we weren't able to come to terms in a trade.
We can try again in a week when I've scoured the WW and still have crap manning 2nd base.

I think that's an appropriate value. I think the disconnect comes from when we were trying to bundle players that involved Felix Hernandez.
