Didn't mean to offend you with a trade request. I was considering a way to take one of your DL players but I just couldn't find a good match.. I hit the trade button to see if you could find a match of some sort. I have 2 2nd baseman in ECab and profar and wanted to move one for when Stanton returns. I hate using MI at the UTL position.
FWIW.. I don't think any player will get suspended from the MLB. If you don't test positive how can you suspend someone. There is no actual proof the players in question used the drugs. I don't think any arbiter or judge would say it's ok to suspend someone because you think they used drugs.

Pro sports leagues don't really need proof. They just need enough to confirm what they believe. Ask Vilma how much proof Goodell needed to suspend him.
MLB fired the last arbitrator who ruled against them. I don't think they're going to make the same mistake twice.

Before we get to questions, let me address the potential Biogenesis suspensions. Yes, this never seems to go away. Perhaps I'm being naive, but I still believe Braun and Melky and these players will not be suspended. The union is a strong one. There are appeals and much legalese I'm still learning about. Clearly MLB wants a clean game but I'm skeptical about the evidence. My opinion for what FANTASY OWNERS should do is nothing. If you own Ryan Braun, hope for the best. I don't see how you can possibly trade him for close to market value, not only because he's tied with Daniel Nava as fantasy's No. 41 HITTER (considerably worse for overall player) but because everyone in your league must be tangentially aware of what's going on. Yes, there could be suspensions. But I'm not trading Braun for Kyle Lohse. Your best option is to hope this goes away, not take whatever you can get for him. Other players are different; A-Rod has little value anyway. Melky Cabrera has been hot the past month, but has no power, no speed. This is mainly about Braun. I'm waiting, not overreacting and selling low.

Not until about 3 am tomorrow. I understand not dropping someone in your lineup if the game started, but I wish you could drop bench players even if their game started.

I think that is something I did with the settings. You can add and play anyone whose game has not started yet even earlier games have begun. The drawback is locking in all games that have started.

yeah I just wanted a closer.. I am new to this fantasy baseball.. so I guess I probably could have gotten more.
