Realistically, what does everyone expect VJax to do the rest of the season?? Hes the #55 WR in my league right now, and i drafted him as my #1 WR.

He will be starting for me every week because hes a great player, but he has serious QB issues.

Just curious what everyone thinks about him for the rest of the season. TIA

I've got him in both leagues. On the bright side, Tampa will be playing from behind all year. Tall QB throwing to a big WR could work out decent. Wait and see really.

Ha 14 man league and i had the #1 pick so he was the 28th player selected. Calvin, Dez, AJ, Julio, Marshall, and Thomas were all gone.

But yea Amos I agree.

Hey, at least you didn't draft Julio. VJax is my WR3 in both leagues.

Haha true. I went AP, VJax, Murray. And my other WRs are TY and now Jeffery is starting. We have a diff format. Its out 1st season doing a 14 man league, so our format is:

QB
RB
WR
WR
TE
Flex(WR, RB, TE)
Flex(WR, RB, TE)
D
Kicker

There is only so many starting RBs in the game and people were bitching about the RB issue in a 14 man league. So we decided that you only have to start 1 RB if you want, even though pretty much everyone starts 2 RBs. I actually like it. Easier to deal with byes and what not.

They all went in the 3rd. I just like VJax and like having a 6'5 redzone threat / #1 WR. And i wasnt anticipating Freeman to be gone haha.

It came down to VJax and Cruz for me and I went with VJax. I like Cobb a lot, but hes on a team with James Jones and Jordy Nelson. Same with Welker, but with DT and Decker. And now the emergence of JT. Just didnt know how they would do because they both are in a team with 2-3 other really good WRs. I knew they would be good because they are great players, but fantasy wise wasnt sure. I know VJax is going to get his targets every game. Thats how i was thinking during the draft.

So I felt like VJax only had Mike Williams as a threat and went with him. Also, i like my athletic freaks in fantasy. 6'5 230lbs WR that is a deep threat is my type of WR haha.

I don't dislike your VJax pick; I felt he was undervalued going into the season, which is why I took him in both leagues. We couldn't predict the downward spiral that was to come.

Yea hes undervalued a good bit. Hes a top 10 WR talent wise IMO. Just in a crappy situation. But he got paid though haha.

I like him for 2 reasons

1) rookie qBs tend to lock in on their best WR

2) Glennon has a big arm and throws a nice deep ball. And VJax is a deep threat

He's my WR1 as well. Hopefully he starts getting a lot of garbage time yards or something. His lack of productivity is killing me.

When did you pick Julio? Who was your 2nd WR and what round did you pick him? What round did you get V Jax?

I don't see how V Jax was a WR3 before the season in your league. He went in the 3rd round in our league. I wouldn't have taken him and I actually passed on him, but he was going 3rd round to someone.

He was my number 2 WR but is now on my bench. Have Marshall and Garcon starting, with Woodhead in the flex (PPR league)

I drafted him at my #1 WR in both leagues. Both 12 person league. Had the 9th pick in one (Standard) and went Morris, Gore, and Jackson. Had the 6th in the other (PPR)and went Rice, Bush, Gore, Jackson. In both leagues Cobb, Cruz, Nelson, Welker were all gone.

I felt pretty good about Jackson as he usually gets undervalued. I haven't given up on him yet though. Week 1: Good game, Week 2: was a TB penalty away for another big game for Jackson, Week 3: hurt ribs, Week 4: New QB, playing with hurt ribs. I'm thinking with a bye week to rest, and get more reps in the Glennon, he can start producing more from this point on. Or maybe I'm just overly optimistic. It doesn't hurt that they're playing this Eagles this week either.

ETA: Also, he isn't on TB's injury report this week. If you don't have Jackson, this may be the time to buy low.
