Tyrod Taylor a sleeper at QB?

Just saw a news report that Tyrod Taylor has been named the starter for Week 1 in Buffalo after a strong showing in the preseason. He's mobile and has one of the best young wideouts in the league in Sammy Watkins. Is he worth a waiver wire pickup as my backup QB (I have Cam Newton as my starter and currently Carson Palmer as my backup) or should I stick with the proven player in Palmer?

No no no, you can't drop Carson Palmer...he is a no brainer at backup QB. I mean he has a legit chance at finishing in the top 25. Tyrod might not make the top 28. Gotta think long term, mate.

IDK, probably a good guy to stash if you can carry more than 2 QBs. Let go of whatever middling skill position player is at the bottom of your roster. If he blows up sell high on him, or keep him.

I actually REALLY like the Bills with Tyrod at the helm if he can do anything remotely similar to his preseason action. Running dump offs to an already in motion LeSean? Actual option plays? Rushing TDs. Rushing yards. I actually wouldn't mind rolling with Bradford and Tyrod at QB.
I always wanted to see him play in Baltimore, but Flacco is kind of good and built like the Egyptian pyramids.

Your qbs suck.... There has got to be somebody better on the waiver wire that isn't so trash. (unless you are in a 16+ team league)

I have him in a deep dynasty league behind Rivers and Bridgewater. Hopefully this adds some QB depth to my team, as I waited a while on the QB spots.
